At Costco I had a chubby girl moment and bought 3 Valentine’s Day desserts.. plus a lot of cheese and creamy chowder 😻 my husband won’t eat ANY of this because of a medical condition (ARFID) so I have to somehow squeeze it all into my macros 🤦♀️🤣
Would it be irresponsible for me to add more treats to my waistline (I mean wishlist) when I just bought the desserts at Costco 🫣 that sub was so amazing I’m already craving another 😭
Leg day today, then making a big bowl of curry tikka masala with jasmine rice! And for dessert I think I will have a piece of my new cake and some macaron cookies 😋 I feel so diabolical bc my weightlifting coach said I should “try to stick as close to my macros as possible” again this week so we can narrow down what my maintenance is, but I just bought all these sweets that HAVE to be eaten. It would be so naughty if I hit my macros and then stopped tracking my treats.. she wouldn’t know unless the scale went up 😅😅
