I’m so happy to report that FINALLY my sweet tooth is coming back and my appetite for less healthy foods (as you guys probably noticed from my Korean fried chicken obsession) lmao. Eating intuitively means listening to my cravings (somewhat responsibly) - I think this is a sign that my body is mostly healed from the inflammation caused by my extreme efforts to gain weight, and if I listen to my cravings I’ll be able to add some more cute chub if I’m lucky!
Tbh I never wanted to be this small, when I was eating intuitively and lifting weights last year I kept hoping that I would plateau and stop losing weight but this is where I naturally ended up. I hope some unintentional gains are on the horizon, I’m not setting any goal weights or even labeling myself as a gainer anymore, just a chubby strong gal who LOVES to eat!
