Message: hi so little life update if u care to read on: I have begun going to therapy again for two weeks now( so not a long time). However, it’s helping me feeling better in certain ways. I will soon be making further steps for the improvement of my mental health, which will result in better/new content I believe.

Something I’m working on is not putting myself in a box or putting myself up to certain standards that aren’t realistic. But what I do know is a self-aware Bobs = a productive Bobs haha.
