Message: hi 👋 I injured me shoulder/wrist last Saturday (but didn’t know til Monday cuz …..idk my ability to notice pain is delayed I think idk) and I was sick at the time, so my brain kinda went into what I call ‘caveman mode’ -aka only do what you need/can do for basic survival lol.

But I am healthier now and have been given light exercises from the dr to help my shoulder. Unfortunately I was also instructed to use my phone less, to which I replied: ‘tis me way of making money m’lady’ *tips hat* But they didn’t care and said still use it less lol. And other stuff….
