Message: Hey guys! I have one very serious question . When you go to the video tab here, in many videos you see a black screen instead of a thumbnail of this video. I think this is awkward as hell! I tried to massage to technical support about that, but they have been ignoring this problem for more than 3 months. 3 MONTH!!! They don't care that my followers and their site users can't find their favorite videos quickly. Because of this, I think I have to re-upload all the content with black screens so that the thumbnails are displayed correctly and you can find your favorite videos much faster. What do you think?
