Helloooooo everyone ❤️ It has been a crazy busy weekend but so productive. I started the Taji 100 for the month of February and the goal is to log in 100 miles in 28 days in the form of running/walking/cycling/swimming. I get on my treadmill every day for 45 minutes, eat breakfast then go onto my cycle for 30 minutes. I am doing clean eating, lots and lots of vegetables with vegan foods and fish (so not going full vegan but incorporating plant based foods) This is the best I’ve felt in many, many, many years. There are no words honestly. I hope everyone is great and right now I should be able to go live Wednesday at 11am PST🥰
