Hi folks :) Bonnie says hi! I just wanted to update you here that I think I have a mild concussion!! Last night I bonked my head on my barbell đ¤đĢ¨. There's a pretty good pic of the goose egg on my twitter if you like that sort of thing đ.
I'm going to try and rest for the weekend and minimize looking at screens, so I won't be able to post or reply to any messages until probably Monday.
I'm just resting in bed with my doggies in the meantime đđŠˇ
